Grubb Properties has announced that companies eager to locate to the Montford Park submarket near Park Road Shopping Center will soon have an exciting new workplace option. The company is renovating a legendary building on Mockingbird Lane that has long been known for its inspiring views of the Charlotte skyline. The re-imagined property is getting new interior vistas, enhanced exterior visibility, sustainable LEED upgrades, and a new name that showcases its distinctive location – 1515 Montford Park.
